    I purchased this domain and canceled it ,requesting for a refund..but why is the site showing parked instead of Canceling because I would want to purchase this domain later?.
    Also I haven’t gotten refunded till now for the last domain I canceled…kindly refund it back.

    Sorry, please do not delete this domain – https://jacconna.com … Because later on I will purchase it back really soon…but it is not in my cart ,why? ..please save it .

    Hi there!

    I see that you’ve already canceled the domain jacconna.com and a full refund has already been issued. Note that your credit card provider can take a week or two to process the refund. You can see the refund receipt at https://wordpress.com/me/billing

    When you cancel a domain, it does not become immediately available for registration elsewhere. In fact, canceling a domain is a risky process as you risk losing the domain permanently and someone else may register the domain before you do when it does become available for registration elsewhere. We strongly discourage canceling a domain if you wish to keep using it even at another provider.

    There’s a short window in which we can still restore the domain for you. I’ve sent the manual payment request for the price of the domain ($18) via email. Please pay at the link and let us know here after you’ve paid. We’ll then restore the domain to your WordPress.com account.

    Once restored, you will be able to transfer the domain registration to another registrar after 60 days from the date of the domain registration. In the meantime, you can point the domain to another host by using custom nameservers or IP addresses. We’ll help with those if you need them. Let us know if you have more questions.

    I can see you have made payment, and i have restored your domain to active status. You can confirm it is under your account here: https://wordpress.com/me/purchases/

    Are you trying to connect your domain to a different host or provider instead of WordPress.com? I’m not sure what prompted your cancellation but you can use domain settings to connect this domain to any other service or host. Even though it is under your WordPress.com account, it does not have to be used here.

    If you are using it elsewhere, please let us know the domain name server (NS) addresses your new provider recommends for connecting outside domains, and we can get those added for you.
