  I’m not seeing any paid subscriptions on your WordPress.com account so I’m not sure what you were looking to cancel. Generally speaking, if you want to delete a WordPress.com site permanently (meaning, you won’t be able to get its content or address back in the future), you can follow the instructions here: https://wordpress.com/support/delete-site/
