  You have already canceled the plan, and the £44 refund was issued. Refunds usually take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement, but some banks may require more time to process the refund.

  The outstanding amount is your domain registration – these can only be refunded when canceled during the first 96h.
  Since we’re not able to refund this purchase, we can restore the domain back to your account if you prefer. Just let us know ASAP, as there’s very little time when this can be done.
