    Please clarify which domain is tied to the $96 upgrade.

    Looking at the account I can see that we processed a $240 refund on November 4th, 2022. Those typically take about 2 weeks to reach your account depending on the processing times of the bank involved. Reach out to them to inquire about any delays. From our end, the funds have already been released to them.
