Ive tried to cancel a yearly charge that is being taken out of my account. There are no receipts on my account and nowhere to cancel. This has now been taken out of my account with no receipt.

It sounds like the charge is associated with a different user account. Investigating the account you’ve written to us from here in the forums I can’t find any charges or receipts.
The best thing to do, is submit this form to our billing team who will follow up with you directly about the charge: https://wpchrg.wordpress.com/
Another option is to sign in to WordPress.com with the email address where that receipt notification was delivered. That’s the email address tied to the account you’re looking for.
