  Hi! When I search my account settings I cannot find any saved payment methods, or ways to cancel my account. Any help would be appreciated :)

  Hey there, it looks like you have another account. Can you log out and log in with the account associated with the upgrade? You should be able to log in with the email address that gets renewal reminders.
