Please cancel everything. Domain and WordPress plan. It is the hardest site to navigate I have ever had. It does not link with the other add ons or sites you need to use. Crazy mess. All support tells you it’s someone else they just tell you ridiculous easy stuff as soon as you ask about the actual problem they pass you off saying it’s not WordPress. So I give up until you become user friendly or allow all sites to connect without clashing.

To confirm ownership, post in this thread under the username/account that purchased the upgrade. Then, I can look into canceling the subscription purchase.
