    Can I ask how to know if my plan is cancelled already? i will change my store so I need to change my domain name.

    I can confirm that Personal plan and domain on your site have been canceled with a refund issued. Please note that refunds typically take 7 to 10 business days to appear on your statement.

    If you’d like to purchase a new domain, you’re welcome to do so. Just a heads-up: to set a custom domain as your site’s primary address, a paid plan is required.
