Cancel a domain

My billing history shows no evidence of being charged, yet I am still being charged, despite trying to cancel through the listed ways in your help section multiple times. Please help as I do not want to be charged. I was also under the impression it was $5.99 a year and not $26? How many times have I been charged without my billing history showing it? Thank you.

The domain, fantasticfandoms.com does not belong to your account, but was registered using a different username, fantasticfandoms. You need to be logged in as that account to see the transactions in your billing history.
However, I also see that the last renewal was voided, which means the correct account had contacted us to cancel the renewal. That domain will now expire on 23 September unless the account that owns it renews it before then.
I was also under the impression it was $5.99 a year and not $26?
There is no upgrade on WordPress.com that costs $5.99 a year, so I don’t know where you’d have gotten that impression. A .com domain is $18 and private registration an additional $8 giving a total of $26 a year. It has cost this amount for several years.
