cancel a domain

Please, i need to cancel the domain: eleva-me.com .

To cancel a domain you registered with WordPress.com, please log into your account, then go to Store → My Upgrades and use the “Cancel” link in the Subscription Status column. If it’s more than 2 days past the purchase date, you will not receive a refund, but the domain can still be canceled by contacting support.

Thank you, but when i click on contact support i get here. So i dont know how can i cancel the domain.

This is where support happens, generally. ;) I assume the Cancel button is not available to you when you visit your Upgrades section? I’ll tag this thread for staff attention.

Lettergrade, when i click on Tools – Delete site, i have this message:
Warning! You cannot delete a site if it has a domain registration upgrade because you need access to the site in order to get to the domain manager.
If you do not want to use your site any more please make it private. Other users won’t be able to visit the site but you can still access the Dashboard so you can get to the domain manager.

Then i click on store – domain – cancel my domain and i have this message:
Cancellation: domain registrations may only be cancelled within 48 hours of purchase. If you purchased your domain less than 48 hours ago, please use the Cancel link in your My Upgrades page next to the domain to contact support to make a cancellation request. Note that you may not be able to get the domain back again, so please make certain your intention is to completely give up ownership of the domain before you cancel.
When i finally reach My upgrades, there isnt no cancel button.

That all makes sense, but I’m sorry you’re having a hard time. This thread has been tagged, so staff will be able to help you. It might take a little time, with the long weekend backlog.

Before I proceed, there are a few points I need to cover.
If we cancel your domain, it can take up to several weeks for our domain registrar to release the domain, and we can’t guarantee that your domain will be available to you again, once canceled.
If you want to keep using your domain, but you don’t want to use WordPress.com anymore, you don’t have to cancel it. Instead, you can move the domain to another site, using the Domain Administration tool under Store > Domains, at the bottom of the page.

If you want to permanently delete your site, follow the guide below:

Please read the warnings and advice before deleting a site, as we can’t revert a site deletion for any reason.
If you want to hide your site instead, you can use the following guide to make your site private so only you and other members of the site can view it when logged in:
