Cancel a domain
-
Hi,
I originally bought the domain jjosephhepler.com last year for my blog. To be honest, I misunderstood what I was doing as I would rather not have my name as my URL. By the time I realized what I did it was too late to cancel. Instead I figured I would just wait until the year long subscription was up, not renew that domain and pick another domain name. This is what I did this past April. I paid for the new domain publictheology.co and made that the primary domain. Now it’s saying the publictheology.co domain is deactivated because I didn’t renew or cancel the jjosephhepler.com subscription.
Essentially, all I want is to no longer have any rights or connection with the jjosephhepler.com domain and have publictheology.co as the only domain (besides the standard wordpress domain everyone gets). This whole thing has been more than a little frustrating and I can’t find a simple support phone number to call. Help???
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Hi there,
I’m sorry for the trouble you had canceling the old domain. I just took care of that for you, so now you have just the active publictheology.co domain on your blog.
If there’s anything more I can do to help, please let me know.
