Cancel a renewal

  I have been emailed explaining my site will auto renewal and I will be charged the yearly fee. I do not want this site anymore so I attempted to cancel the site. I selected to delete this site and did that, however on my upcoming payments the auto renewal for that site is still there. Please let me know what I need to do so this payment does not go through.

  I am seeing that upgrade as being canceled. You should not be charged. If for some reason you are, please reply to this thread and let me know right away.
