    When I go to my profile and click on ‘purchases’ nothing comes up, yet I am being charged $2 every month. This has been going on for a year and I’ve reached out several times with no help. Here’s what comes up on my screen: (can you please help me cancel this or I have to cancel my credit card, and that’s a hassle)
