Cancel a theme

    Hello
    A web designer ..not me .. Picked a theme for a web site they were building for me
    This theme is unuseable for me and my site … The site will soon be taken down
    What is your return policy on a theme … This one was $60. .. I would like a refund
    How does this work

    WordPress.com provides a 30-day refund on all upgrades except Domain Registrations, Domain Renewals, and Guided Transfers. The refund period for Domain Registrations and Renewals is 48 hours.

    Note: It takes from 1 – 2 weeks for the refund to be received.

    Provided you are logged in under the same username account that purchased the upgrade, and you are within the allowed time frame for refunds, you can cancel and request a refund from your dashboard > Store > My Upgrades.     This site where content has not been published since 2013 is wearing a free theme https://jeannyrussell.wordpress.com/ so you cannot be referring it.
