Cancel a unrecognised domain registration

    I wish to cancel a domain registration that I cannot see in any of my puchases, or payments, I have no receipt for it on email and cannot find anywhere. My bank only lets me know that I pay this once per year and I have no idea what it is. How can I do that as soon as possible? And also, how did I end up paying that?

    Hi There,

    If you are not sure for what reason you got this charge then you can check this page https://wpchrg.com to look up the payment and find out what reason it was for.
    By any chance, you got charged from any other account of yours, in order to recover that if you don’t remember the login details you can follow the account recovery process at https://en.support.wordpress.com/account-recovery/ in order to regain access and from there you can take action with your domain.

    As @divyaab explained, you can enter the details of the credit card that was charged on this page: https://wpchrg.wordpress.com/ – You’ll see a contact form to send our billing team a message after entering the credit card details to look up the charge on our end. Please do that and we’ll get back to you via email.

    Can you tell us what the domain is, by the way? We can look it up on our end as well.
