  I’ve just been charged for the account but I never use it and want to delete/cancel. Could you please advise? Thanks

  Hi there. What exactly have you been charged for? Are there any active upgrades listed under Store ->My Upgrades in your dashboard? I’ll tag this for staff to follow up for you. Please subscribe to the thread so you are notified when they respond and be patient while waiting.

  I just cancelled and refunded the Custom Design upgrade that was on your site tokyothorn.wordpress.com. Please let me know if I can do anything more to help with that. :)
