Hi, I’m trying to delete my account, cancel everything, but I have to cancel my upgrades first, but there is no cancel button on the upgrades.

Then you are not logged in under the correct username account.
There are three questions you need to answer yourself:
1. What is the exact URL of the wordpress.COM hosted site in question?
2. Exactly which wordpress.COM username account registered it?
3. Exactly which wordpress.COM username account purchased the upgrade(s)?
Every WordPress.COM blog has a sole owner. It is the person with the WordPress.COM username account who registered the blog under that username account and a single associated email address, and who is the original Admin of the blogs registered under that username account.
You have to be logged in as Admin http://en.support.wordpress.com/user-roles/#administrator under the exact same username account that registered the blog to access the blog’s dashboard and cancel any upgrade.
WordPress.com provides a 30-day refund on all upgrades except Domain Registrations, Domain Renewals, and Guided Transfers.
The refund period for Domain Registrations and Renewals is 48 hours. https://en.support.wordpress.com/my-upgrades/#canceling-upgrades
Note: It takes from 1 – 2 weeks for the refund to be received.
Provided you are logged in under the exact same username account that purchased the upgrade, and you are within the allowed time frame for refunds, you can cancel and request a refund from your dashboard > Store > My Upgrades, and cancel auto renew as well. http://en.support.wordpress.com/my-upgrades/#canceling-upgrades

Hi @maiabernstein, do you intend to use your domain name elsewhere? If so you’ll want to transfer it first.
If not, please understand that if we cancel, you won’t be able to get the domain back again anytime soon, if at all. It that’s fine, confirm, and I’ll cancel it for you. Thanks!
