  I’m trying to cancel my account and the website says I can get a refund because it is within the 2 day window period. But every time I press cancel and refund it says this upgrade cannot be cancelled. I do not need this website anymore nor did I receive notification that my account would be renewed or my credit card charged. Please cancel and refund me.

  Kind of the same problem here. I could cancel my premium acccount but I did not receive my refund….

  You need Staff to remove the domain mapping and they need to know what you want to do with the domain URL.

  If you purchased a domain name via wordpress.com Staff need to know whether or not you want to keep the domain name and use it on another site.

  I can cancel tiffanyandandrew2015.com for you.

  So that we are on the same page, once you decide to cancel your domain, there is no guarantee that you will be able to reacquire it in the future. Someone else could gain access to it.

  If you want to keep using your domain but you don’t want to use WordPress.com anymore, you don’t have to cancel it. Instead, you can move the domain to another site, using the Domain Administration tool under Store > Domains, at the bottom of the page.
