  WordPress.com doesn’t have the option to cancel (delete) an account, but you can cancel email notifications and remove your personal information: https://en.support.wordpress.com/deleting-accounts/

  If you’ve paid for a service on WordPress.com and it’s within the refund period, go to your Manage Purchases page, look for the upgrade you wish to cancel, and click “Cancel and Refund”. More info is available on the support page:
