  I’ve tried for well over a month to cancel my account and get a refund, but it still shows up as I have an account. Who do I contact…the help and contact us seems of little use….Help!

  Hi @bonellooccupationalhealth, I can see you deleted your site and received a refund. Did you need more help?

  The account itself cannot be deleted, but you can remove your self from it:
  https://en.support.wordpress.com/deleting-accounts/
