  Hello,

  I’m trying to cancel this blog, so I can start over. I don’t like the current format, because I can’t access the dashboard very easily.

  You shouldn’t delete a blog or cancel an account to start over.

  To access the dashboard, you can start from http://wordpress.com/my-blogs/ and click on the “Blog Admin” link.

  To change the appearance, you can select a new theme by going to Appearance > Themes in the dashboard.
