  Hello – I was automatically renewed and did not want this to happen. Can you please cancel my renewal and refund?

  Hi –

  I won’t be able to process a refund until you cancel the charge dispute. Let me know once you’ve done that and I’ll be able to process the refund.

  A refund through WordPress.com should reach you in less than ten days, whereas the charge dispute through the bank will take months.
