  Hi lifewk19,

  It does not look like your website is hosted with WordPress.com. Are you trying to cancel a WordPress.com account or work with your http://www.lifewithtorri.com site?

  For a WordPress.ORG site, you’ll have to look for support on that forum. You can find it at https://wordpress.org/support/ and you can read about the differences between WordPress.com and WordPress.org here: http://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/
