    Hi there,

I have tagged this thread for a Staff follow-up.

Staff will need to either remove the premium theme or transfer it to another site registered under the same username account. If you wish to transfer then provide the URL of the site you wish to have Staff transfer the theme to.

I think I have two websites because one is [redacted by mod] and the blog thats listed publicly is [redacted by mod]. I tried to delete the one and it didn’t delete. I don’t have my user name and password to delete the other one. Its so old. I need them all removed. and from google search. Its very important. Thank you so so very much for your help. You can email me at (email visible only to moderators and staff)

  • Hi @skendall810,

Let me know if you wish to transfer your premium theme to another site or account. Only after I have moved or removed the theme you’ll be able to delete your site and deactivate your account.

  • Hi @krisettes,

You don’t have any blogs under the account you’re using to post to this thread.

If you have misplaced your log-in information and want to access your other account and remove the blogs in it you can follow our account recovery guide:

    Recover Your Account

Lastly, we have no control over Google. if you want your blogs to be removed from Google’s search results you may submit a request for removal from their index:

Thank you for the response. I do not need to transfer the theme to another account. I’m just deleting the whole thing.

  • I have removed the premium theme from your account. You can now go ahead and delete your site by following these instructions:

    Delete a Website

Please note that deleting a site permanently removes it and you’ll never be able to re-use its WordPress.com address.

Hi thank you so much for your help! Digging deeper into what is posted online, I was able to figure out my other account information. On both of my accounts. 1. Follow me 2. Mission Possible, I was able to figure out how to delete them. Other than my profile information is still on there. I tried gravtar to try to remove it but, it wont work. I would like to permanently shut both of these accounts down.

Also, I looked on google after I deleted whatever I deleted on these accounts and it looks like there is a copied and pasted version of the blog on there from google. As I researched google to try to get all of that off, they said the web has to to remove it. Who would be the one to remove that and get it off the google search? and can you perminately delete everything from both accounts? I do have passwords and logins for both
Sorry this is so long! I really appreciate your help. Thank you!
