  Hello, After I have paid money to open a wordpress account, I just found out that you do not support .com.au sites and I cannot do anything with your site. Is it possible to ask for a refund and if no, will all monthly subscriptions be also canceled once I delete my account?

  Please share the link to your WordPress.com website.

  You can cancel your account and ask for a refund within 30 days of your purchase. After the Window of the 30 days refund is not possible.

  When you delete your account, (after canceling your plans), you will lose all the associated websites or data under your account.

  There aren’t any charges associated with the account in use to contact us here. Do you remember the free site you registered with us, or the username on the account?

  Every charge generates an automatic email with receipt notification. Have your received that email yet?
