  If your account is no longer needed, it can be closed with these steps:

  Close Your Account

  You’ll notice the documentation mentions this process deletes any WordPress.com sites you own — hereforyoubyteezine.com is a Jetpack connected site so it will remain online but no longer connected to WordPress.com.
