Cancel Account

Hello! I went to cancel my account and it said I needed to manage the payments.. When I went there it said my card would be reimbursed. My question is if I permanently delete my account right now, will I still be reimbursed or no because the credit card info will be deleted? Secondly, the card on file is no longer active, but I don’t know if it is necessary to If I am deleting the account?

Hi Joy, I can see the refund is already on its way. You don’t need this account to be open for the refund to finish being processed, nor does the card necessarily need to be active.
But, you might keep this account active until you’ve received the refund in case you have any questions — that way you won’t have to sign up and prove ownership and all that just ask questions about the refund.
Once everything’s resolved, you can delete the account, too.
