Please cancel my account and issue full refund. I just signed up and tried to go through the cancellation process after a short time of using this service. I tried using manage payments but there was no option to cancel. I put my credit card info in initially when I signed up so I assume there is a payment. Every aspect of this site is extremely convoluted and difficulty to use. Again, please cancel immediately. Thanks.

@chagabeverage I’m sorry you’ve had trouble. I don’t see any payments on this account. Did you pay WordPress.com directly or did you buy hosting through a different provider who then installed a copy of WordPress for you?
If you bought it here, can you log out, and log back in using the email address you used to create the account and make your purchase? Or, could you send a link to the site you had started to create? We’ll help you get this sorted.

I just got an email that you are going to automatically renew my account. Please do not do that. I have never been able to use WordPress and it is a complete waste of money. Please cancel my account permanently.
