  What is your site’s URL?

  If you’re on the free plan, to close your account, follow these steps at:

  Close Your Account

  If you’re using one of the WordPress.com paid plans you’ll have to downgrade your plan in which you’ll need staff assistance. This process will delete all of that site’s contents.

  If so, please confirm if you agree so that they can proceed with the procedure.
