  I want to cancel my account. I just disconnected my site. After I close my account, how do I get a refund?

  Hi, I don’t see any charges on this account. Can you log out and log in with the account associated with any charges? It should be the email address that gets renewal reminders and what not. Then update us here.

  My bank shows the charge is pending.
