  I closed this account last year and need a refund for the $318 you just billed me. This account is to be closed.

  @stonegatebrokerage I see a fairly recent bill for $18 for an active domain name, but it’s been a little over a month since that renewed. Do you have another account with us that was charged?

  Note you can use wpchrg.com to look up a charge, too. We just recommend against doing a stop payment or anything similar, since staff can typically help with a refund if needed, but a chargeback takes a long time.

  Regarding the domain, if you want to cancel it, please go to https://wordpress.com/me/purchases and cancel there. Note cancelling will not “free up” the domain for repurchase, so if you intend to keep the domain you’d want to transfer it instead.
