  The site I need help with is healthvitlifesupp.wpcomstaging.com. It is not hosted by WordPress.com, but it is connected with Jetpack.

  Hi there,

  To be able to close your account I need to downgrade your site which was on the Business plan. This process will delete all of that site’s contents so I need your confirmation before proceeding.

  Okay, we’ve reverted your site to how it was before you installed plugins. You’ll now be able to close your account from the account settings page at https://wordpress.com/me/account
