Cancel account

I need to cancel an account. It auto-renewed and I have never used it. When I do the account recovery it says it is associated with my email, but when I log into this account, it isn’t here and I was just charged $66 for the renewal. I want it cancelled and refunded.

I’m not seeing any subscriptions connected to this WordPress.com account. It means you have a different WordPress.com account where the subscription renewed. Please log in to that account and reply here from that account and we can help with canceling.
If you’re not sure or unable to log in to the correct account, you can locate the transaction ID of the payment in your credit card statement and fill out the account recovery form. We’ll get back to you via email.
If you can’t find the transaction ID, please use the payment details on https://wpchrg.wordpress.com/ – you’ll find the option to contact billing support directly after submitting the payment information on the page. We’ll then get back to you via email with more information.
