  How do I cancel my account and shut it down so I no longer pay fees? I see that I no longer have an active account with you or a payment method but I still had a fee deducted from my account. Thank you.

  We have absolutely no history of purchases, transactions, or billing activity of any kind under the account you’re currently logged into.

  If you enter the charge details at https://wpchrg.wordpress.com/ we should be able to help you with this.

  The transaction ID needed will be on your bank statement as WordPress followed by a letter/number code. They’ll look like this:

  WordPress XXXXXXXXXX
