T. Baskinger from our company created this account a few years ago. It was never utilized. She left our company 2 years ago, this account was supposed to be cancelled at that time. I have tried to cancel and get an error saying is still has an active Subscription, I cannot find it! Please assist in canceling this account.

Looking at your account, you have no sites listed. Do you perhaps have another WordPress.com account, and could you please share your site URL?

We are getting billed for a Akismet Pro Blogger Monthly Subscription. When I tried to log into Akismet I was redirected to the wordpress site. I did find a listing for the Akismet in the qordpress site and I removed it, then I tried to remove the account and errors, stating that a subscription still exists. I do not know what subscription it is referring to. I a starting to think that it is a sinister way akismet is working to keep us paying for something we have never used.
