    Hi there

    You received a refund of $78 when you cancelled your plan on August 5th but opted to keep your domain claudiaferman.com. The $18 fee was for the cost of the domain.

    New domain registrations must be canceled within 96 hours to receive a refund. You can learn more about our refund policy here:

    Since you cancelled the domain earlier today, you would not be eligible for a refund on the domain charge. Let us know if you still want to use this domain and we can restore it to your account.
