  We set up this account for my son a few years ago. We are no longer using it but received a charge to our credit card for the site. I wish to cancel the site as it is not being used. I don’t know how to do that as I do not have more information. I can provide a screenshot of the payment.

  Do you happen to know the URL of the site that the charge was for?

  I’m not seeing any upgrades associated with the WordPress.com user account you are posting from. This typically happens when you’ve ended up with a second WordPress.com user account and that second account is the one that owns the upgrade. You’ll need to log into THAT account in order to make any changes.
