  Hi there! I can help you with this if you let me know specifically which services you want cancelled. If we cancel your domain, artbypc.com/, it can take up to several weeks for our domain registrar to release the domain, and we can’t guarantee that your domain will be available to you again once canceled.

  If you want to keep using your domain but you don’t want to use WordPress.com anymore, you don’t have to cancel it. Instead, you can move the domain to another site, using the Domain Administration tool under Store > My Domains in your dashboard.

  However, if you don’t want artbypc.com at all and do not mind releasing it to another possible purchaser, let me know and I’ll cancel it immediately.

  You also have the WordPress.com premium upgrade. Would you like that canceled as well? It does expired on 7/31/2014. I can either remove it from your site, or you can allow it to expire.

  Finally, if you were interested in closing down your WordPress.com site altogether, you can follow the guide below:
