  I want to cancel the whole account and want a refund for monies deducted form my visa account in August.

  Hi there. You can request a refund for most upgrades (except custom domains) within 30 days of purchase from Store ->My Upgrades in your dashboard. Note that refunds can take a few days to appear on your statement: http://en.support.wordpress.com/my-upgrades/#canceling-upgrades If you have difficulty with that, let us know.

  You cannot delete your wordpress.com username account. This is for security reasons so others cannot claim your username and impersonate you. http://en.support.wordpress.com/deleting-accounts/ But you can remove all personal information you added and effectively deactivate your account so no one will be able to access it.
