  I need to cancel my account before I am billed again.
  I cannot find the option to do this even after searching the forums.

  Howdy!

  I went ahead and disabled the auto renew option on your Custom Design upgrade so you will not be charged automatically. Your upgrade will eventually expire and be removed from your account after 2/20/15. If you would like, I can remove it immediately. Just reply back to confirm!
