Cancel account and charges please

  Hello! I thought my account renewed tomorrow and I was going to cancel today but I was off a day! Looks like I was charged this morning. Is there any way to cancel the account and the charges please?

  Hi @ashleymlee14e52adb7f9b, sure. You’ll just need to log into the correct account though, as I don’t see any upgrades on this one. Can you log out, then log in again using the email address that received purchase notifications and what not?
