  I have closed my business and no longer need to have an account. Would you please refind the payment that came out today

  We have absolutely no history of purchases, transactions, or billing activity of any kind under the account you’re currently logged into, so there’s not much we can do here.

  If you enter the charge details at https://wpchrg.wordpress.com/ we should be able to help you with this.

  The transaction ID needed will be on your bank statement as WordPress followed by a letter/number code. They’ll look like this:

  WordPress XXXXXXXXXX
