Cancel account to open anonymous one

  Hi there,

  How can I make my current account anonymous if I have my primary email address listed under it? Do I have to delete my domain and blog and start again?

  I would like to keep my blog name, but when trying to upload a picture, the auto-directed software needs your information that wouldn’t be anonymous.

  Please advise.

  The email address in your WordPress.com account is private. It is not visible or accessible to the public.

  You can change the email address in your account by editing your account settings: https://wordpress.com/me/account

  The email address in your WordPress.com account will need to be used in Gravatar for your profile picture. So if you change the email address in your WordPress.com account, you’ll also need to add that new email address in Gravatar to make sure your profile picture appears correctly.
