Cancel Account to purchase the expired domain

  I would like to renew my domain but wordpress wont let me. Ive read in other forums that either the original account has to log in and transfer it to my account or cancel the upgrade. Could you just please cancel it and I’ll repurchase so I wont need to bother the original account holder> thanks

  Not sure the Staff will cancel anything without the original owner asking for that to be done – but I have flagged this for the staff to help you

  I’m afraid we can’t modify another user’s upgrades based on the say-so of someone else. If they could log in, I’d be happy to help them with this request, however.

  Thanks for that! I just asked the owner to do the upgrade for us and just sent him the payment. He already sent an upgrade request.
