Cancel Account Upgrade

  I am trying to cancel my free trial of a premium account but the button set up to cancel it does absolutely nothing. Seeing as how I can’t cancel it nor do I want to be charged, I am looking for someone to cancel it for me.

  Hi there,
  Provided you are logged in under the same username account that registered the blog and purchased the trial upgrade, you ought to be able cancel trial upgrades under Store → My Upgrades in your dashboard at any time, request a refund and also disable auto-renew.

  I have done everything correctly it’s just that the href for the link to cancel my upgrade is set to #, so I am not able to do anything on my end.
