  I no longer have a WordPress website, and I understand that Akismet works only on WP, correct? If that’s so, I want to cancel my subscription to Akismet but there’s nothing under ‘Manage Purchases’ to allow me to do that.

  You should be able to log into your Akismet account at https://akismet.com/account and click on “cancel my account and my subscription”. Otherwise you can contact Akismet directly via https://akismet.com/contact/
