  Beyond frustrated with WP and want to cancel all accounts and have my plan refunded. I can’t even log in to the new site I just paid for because it is defaulting to some old defunct page associated with my email.

  I checked this account, but I dont see any purchases, nor were there ever purchases made from this account.

  You must be using some other email to access WordPress.com — you will want to check that one.

  💡 You’ll want to log in with the email where you’re getting the receipts.
