  would like a refund if possible. was charged for accounts I am no longer using. WordPress

  You’ll need to be logged in under the correct account to cancel and refund those.

  The good news is, you can use those transaction IDs to claim access to those accounts: https://wordpress.com/support/account-recovery/#account-recovery-form
