Cancel All Future Support – Domain has Expired.

    The domain name registration for swiftwingsailtails.com has expired and we will not renew it. I cancelled Just Host. Now I need to cancel the WordPress plugins and Jetpack protection report emails. Can you help me?

    Hi there:

    We don’t have access to your site, so if you had any plugins that required a subscription, you would need to contact each company that makes that plugin directly to cancel any subscriptions. I don’t show you had any paid upgrades for Jetpack, so there is nothing to cancel here at WordPress.com

    Regarding the Jetpack notification emails – I assume this is for the ones notifying you whether or not your site is down? Disconnecting Jetpack before taking the site offline would have turned those off, but since it sounds like you had not done that, I went ahead and disconnected the site from your WordPress.com account for you.

    You should be all set from the Jetpack side of things!
