  I am still being billed for the business plan how do I stop this?

  Please do not create duplicate threads. I’ve removed your other two posts and will help you here.

  I’m showing you cancelled your Business subscription October 10, 2021. Otherwise we have no other purchases, transactions, or billing activity of any kind under the account you’re currently logged into.

  If you enter the charge details at https://wpchrg.wordpress.com/ we should be able to help you with this.

  The transaction ID needed will be on your bank statement as WordPress followed by a letter/number code. They’ll look like this:

  WordPress XXXXXXXXXX
